In celebration of Canada’s 🇨🇦 150th birthday, we want to showcase the diverse beauty that makes up this incredible country!

Put your best face forward and post a photo of yourself on Instagram using hashtag #LDBeauty150 for your chance to be one of our 150 Faces of Canada and to win one of three grand prizes!

Grand prize includes one $500 London Drugs gift card plus a 24×36 Bamboo Print of a photo of your choice from London Drugs Photolab!

Open to all genders, the contest will kick off on our Instagram on September 1 and run through until 11:59 pm on October 31. The winners will be randomly selected on November 15.

Photo requirements
There are a few photo requirements that you must comply with before entering.

The photo can be a selfie or image featuring your face from a front centre perspective. The photo should be showing the top of your head to middle of your chest.

Canada 150 Beauty: Lise Watier Anti-Aging Makeup Tutorial

How much of your beauty routine is made up of Canadian beauty products? In honour of Canada 150, today’s makeup tutorial features one of our favourite Canadian brands, Lise Watier. Not only is Lise Watier a Canadian brand, but many of Lise Watier’s products feature Labrador Tea extract, an anti-aging ingredient that can only be found in the Boreal Forest of Quebec, Canada. Lise Watier partnered with the University of Quebec at Chicoutimi to develop a unique extraction process for this highly potent antioxidant, which has amazing protective and regenerating capacities.

In this tutorial, our Beauty Advisor Sara will walk you through a complete makeup look, using many of the Lise Watier products which contain this powerful Labrador Tea extract. Your makeup will not only look great, but will protect against environmental stressors and the signs of aging all day!
