Prep. Time: 10 minutes | Yields: 8-10 triangles
Ingredients:
- 1 leftover holiday ham (1 lb.)
- 1 package store bought swiss cheese (8-10 slices)
- 1 pullman loaf of your favourite bread
- 2-3 large pickles
- 3 tablespoons of grainy mustard
- 2 tablespoons of yellow mustard
- 1/4 pound of real butter softened
Tools:
- T-Fal Optigrill
- Standard sharp kitchen knife
Directions:
- To begin, start by arranging your ingredients and workspace. Plug in T-fal Optigrill and begin heating.
- Begin by slicing leftover ham (store bought slices is an alternative if desired) and set aside.
- Slice pickles lengthwise into about 4-5 slices each.
- In a small dish, mix both mustards together and set aside (add a spoon of honey if desired)
- Begin by using soft butter to cover two slices of your Pullman loaf and place butter side down on your cutting board.
- Start spreading mustard on the inside of your Pullman loaf. (Add more or less if desired.)
- Arrange ingredients starting with cheese. Place cheese evenly on both sides of bread.
- Next begin by adding the ham slices to both sides of bread as well. Add pickles next and combine.
- Place sandwich inside the T-Fal Optigrill and close. Allow for 3-6 minutes for browning on medium heat.
- Once golden brown, remove from grill and let rest for a minute.
- Begin cutting into triangles from left to right. Serve immediately.
