To enter: Comment with the answer to “What are some benefits of having no blades on a fan?” (Hint: Check the product page!) on the Dyson giveaway Facebook post.
Contest is open to all residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba who, as of the date the prize draw is made: (i) have not won a London Drugs contest since Aug 3rd, 2017; (ii) have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside as of July 20th, 2018; (iii) are not employees of London Drugs, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, the independent judging organization (if any), or any family member living with any such employee.
No purchase necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person per social network per contest. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Aug 3rd, 2018. London Drugs is not responsible for entries that become lost or misdirected. All entries become the property of London Drugs Limited and will not be returned.
One (1) winner will be randomly chosen on the day the contest ends (see dates below) in Vancouver, British Columbia, from all eligible entries received per contest. To win, selected entrants must correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question and must sign London Drugs’ declaration and release confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize(s) as awarded, releasing London Drugs from liability in association with the contest and prize and consenting to the use of their name, photograph, voice and statements for promotional and publicity purposes.
There will be three (3) prizes of

- ONE (1) Dyson AMO7 Black (L5071014, valued at $449.99)

Only one prize may be won by any one person and household. In the event that any selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill-testing question or is otherwise unwilling or unable to comply in full with these rules, a new entry will be drawn.
Selected winners will be contacted by email or on the social network they were drawn from. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants. If the winners do not respond then they will be notified for the second time, 3 (three) days after the first notification. If the winners still do not respond within 3 days of the second notification, a new winner will be chosen in the same manner until a winner is successfully contacted.
The chances of winning a prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Decisions of the judges in respect of all aspects of this contest including, but not limited to, eligibility of entries and correctness of answers given to the skill-testing question, are final.
London Drugs and their respective advertising and promotional agencies, the independent judging organization, and their respective agents are not liable to an entrant in any manner relating to the contest or the awarding and use of the prize(s).
This contest is subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. By entering the entrant consents to the collection of all personal information included on their entry and agrees to the use and disclosure of such information by and between London Drugs, an independent judging organization, and their agents. They are not a “dust collector “ like the bladed fans, much cleaner. Also, much better when you have little ones running around
No blades to dust….but the most important benefit is the safety of my 4 small grandchildren when they visit!

I have 8 fans, none of which will fit in any of our windows. They are largely ineffective, difficult or impossible to open to clean the blades, and dangerous for my granddaughter and my curious cats.
Would love to have a dyson fan but cannot afford one, so will try my luck with this contest.

It's safe around pets and children. It's ideal for night time use as it's nice and quiet.

Love Dyson quality products. Fans have not blades, so my cat's tail won't get stuck! Love that it is so quiet and has a remote so no getting up to change the speed. So clean and modern looking would look great in any room. Would love to win one of these fans…keeping my fingers crossed
Easy to clean not having the blades and the fan cage around it! No yucky dust build up!
Bladeless means safety for kids and pets. It also means no blades to collect dust on hard blades. This fan is also very quiet so no more tossing and turning trying to get to sleep with a loud fan vibrating on those hot nights.
The fan would be an excellent addition due to its easy to clean, quiet when running and a excellent décor piece in our living room. Super product.
with a Dyson fan you don’t need to take apart any part to clean it. You just need a rag to dust off the ring, that’s about it. It’s quick and simple to clean.

The benefit to not having blades is that it is much safer for my children and my animals. No need to worry about them sticking their little fingers were they may be injured.

Having had a family member whose hair was eaten by a conventional fan, i rreally appreciate the blade-less tecnology of these fabulous fans!

The benefits of no blades, well I have a dog and two kids plus my husband has a young grand son who’s 2 years old. Kids are always trying to stick their heads to make noise or stick their hands in the blades. I even remember doing that as a kid and they always get hurt so being able to ensure the kids safety and our family dogs safety is important to us.
Dust doesn’t get trapped and blown around. Allergies or asthma with the blades being blown around can make it worse. Without blades the dust won’t be getting stuck and blown all around. Cleaning it would be much easier. Blades are always a pain in the butt to clean. A blade less fan I’m assuming would be quieter. I have never had one but I know that sound of the blades spinning can be irritating. Once the blades are affected it’s pretty much wrecked so having a fan without blades ensures it’ll be around much longer for us to use! Lasting longer for our needs. I use a Dyson vacuum and other items and it’s trustworthy in my opinion, it’s always long lasting and works well and if their is any issues they handle it.
The cost of a fan is much much better than an air conditioner, I feel like I’m running out air conditioner all day every day in summer which can run our bill up high and cause my air conditioner to not last very long so being able to use the fan and give my bills and other items a break is always beneficial.
