Pop-Up Hockey Shop for a Great Cause

Burnaby Minor Hockey, December 11-13, 2015

From December 11 to 13, visitors to Brentwood Town Centre will see a different side of London Drugs. In the spirit of sport and community London Drugs is offering high performance GRAF hockey sticks and skates at affordable prices with partial proceeds going to the Burnaby Minor Hockey Association (BMHA).

Brentwood Town Centre visitors will see the outside of London Drugs transformed into a hockey bench environment with hundreds of GRAF junior sticks and skates as well as senior skates offered for $29.99 with $3.00 from every purchase going to BMHA.

“We are really excited to welcome hockey players of all ages to come in and try on the high performance GRAF skates and for juniors, they get to pick up a new stick or a second stick for a reasonable $29.99 with benefits to BMHA,” says store manager Lorne Pedersen. “It really will be a win win match up at London Drugs this weekend.”

The store will be playing some of hockey’s greatest moments on high definition TVs at this weekend’s London Drugs hockey bench.

“We really hope to raise a good amount for BMHA,” said Pedersen. “These players and families are our customers so I’m really happy we are getting this opportunity to put on this event.”

The $29.99 GRAF skates and sticks will be available at London Drugs in Brentwood Town Centre starting this Friday and for the weekend, December 11, 12 and 13.

Maple Ridge residents will see a different side of London Drugs after the weekend of December 5-6, 2015.

Valley Fair Mall visitors will see the outside of the store transformed into a hockey bench environment with hundreds of GRAF junior sticks and skates as well as senior skates offered for $29.99 with $3.00 from every purchase going to RMMHA.
