Grand Opening – London Drugs in Olympic Village!
We’re excited to announce the Grand Opening of our NEW Olympic Village store this Friday, Aug 31 at 9:00am.
Our London Drugs Community Trailer will be on location welcoming the public from 9:00am to 3:00pm along with the FIDO Cares Community Trailer which will also be present from 11:00am to 3:00pm.
The building we are now in was home to the Canadian National Olympic Committee and the Athlete’s Medical Centre during the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Winter Games.
Come on down and join in the fun, there will be coffee and treats beginning at 8:30am and the ribbon cutting will happen at 9:00am. There’s even a special prize for the first person in line!

Party in the Plaza – Saturday September 1st – Day 2 Celebrations!
The festivities won’t stop on just the Friday. Come down (same location) Saturday September 1st between 11:00am and 3:00pm to further celebrate our Grand Opening! We’ll have lots more snacks and refreshments available, along with entertainment from Jack FM, Sonic FM and CityTV will also be on location! There will be lots of giveaways and street teams handing out swag.
Since our humble beginnings in 1945, London Drugs has served the citizens of Vancouver and people from all over the world as part of the London Drugs family. We continue to strive to be the best we can be, epitomizing the energy and spirit of the Olympics.
